SPEEDFIT is a push-in system that enables a very fast assembly of compressed air pipe systems. Such an installation can be assembled using plastic or metal pipes (copper, brass, aluminium) in (external) diameter range from 12 mm to 28 mm (+0,05/-0,1 mm). Flexible hoses made of polyamide, polyethylene or polyurethane can be used as well. Working temperature range from -20°C to +70°C. Working pressure is 10 bar (+23°C), 7 bar (+70°C). System includes polyamide and aluminium pipes, hoses, straight fittings, adaptors, elbows, tees, etc. Widely used for assembly of compressed air systems.

Pneumatic Valves
0 out of 5(0)The main purpose of pneumatic valves is control of fluid direction and flow rate. The valve itself does not generate flow of the medium and act just as a distribution point for compressed air. Can be mounted in line, on the wall, on the cylinder (using special bracket) or in a series on a multiple or manifold base.

Air Treatment Units (FRL)
0 out of 5(0)Atmospheric air is polluted with gases, vapour, particles of various chemical compounds but also with dust of various shapes, structure and density usually swirling in the air. The composition and concentration of pollutants in the atmospheric air depends on the location and time of the year. All of these pollutants enter pneumatic systems enriched with impurities brought in during compression, unless they are removed from the air before and after the compression. In pneumatics, compressed air is prepared in special devices, air preparation units.

0 out of 5(0)A rotary actuator is an actuator that produces a rotary motion or torque. Widely used (90° rotation angle) with ball valves, butterfly valves in all branches of the industry. 120° or 180° available on request. Single acting actuators use the pressure imparted by compressed air to create a driving force in one direction (usually out), and a spring to return to the „home” position. Double acting actuators use the force of air to move in both extend and retract strokes. They have two ports to allow air in for instroke and outstroke.
