External layer manufactured from abrasion resistant polyurethane, internal layer of polyether or polyamide reinforced by max 3 layers of steel or aramid braid. Widely used in hydraulic systems, rescue equipment, lifts and pumps for hydraulic oil, paints, solvents, isocyanines and polyols.

Fittings for high pressure hoses are assembled on hydraulic hoses with the use of special ferrules. Designed especially for rubber hydraulic hoses and thermoplastic hoses but widely used for industrial hoses as well. Assembled by screwing (reusable) or on crimping machines (permanent connection). Our offer includes a wide range of fitting types – depending on a connection part (metric, imperial, etc.).

Ultra High Pressure SPIR STAR Hoses and Accessories
SPIR STAR hoses are designed for ultra high pressures (UHP) reaching to 3200 bar. Internal and external layer are made of highest quality thermoplastic materials with up to 8 layers of high-tensile spring wire reinforcement. DN from 3 mm to 25 mm. Available as complete hose assemblies with a various range of possible connections. Advantages: Lightweight, wide chemical resistance, ability to produce a hose assembly with 4500 m length as well as resistance to UV radiation, ozone, aging, seawater, external pressure, impulse operation and permeability.
