Pneumatic Valves

The main purpose of pneumatic valves is control of fluid direction and flow rate. The valve itself does not generate flow of the medium and act just as a distribution point for compressed air. Can be mounted in line, on the wall, on the cylinder (using special bracket) or in a series on a multiple or manifold base.

Sewer Cleaning Hoses and Fittings

Hoses for sewer cleaning, manufactured from various rubber compounds, polyester or polyethylene, reinforced with one or two textile braids. Highly flexible in low temperatures (up to -40°C), lightweight, designed for very high pressure (from 200 to 250 bar). Small bending radius allows using the hose on hose reels in sewer cleaning machines and trucks. External layer resistant to abrasion and weather conditions.
Available from 1/2″ to 1.1/4″, in coils or as a complete hose assembly up to 300 meters (depending on a hose type).

High Pressure Cleaning Hose Fittings

Fittings for high pressure cleaning equipment with female thread M22x1,5, seal (o-ring), available with short or long nuts. The corrugated cups of the nuts allow fast and easy mounting of a complete hose assembly to a machine or a gun (fittings that can be mounted on ø10 and ø11mm guns are also available). The cups of the nuts are available in: black, yellow, blue and red. The fittings can be made of zinc plated carbon steel or stainless steel, the nuts can be made of brass.
Nuts can be fitted on hoses of high pressure cleaning equipment (DN6 ÷ DN12). Fittings and nuts in a basic option or in 90°. Adjusted to be fitted using standard hydraulic ferrules.

High Pressure Cleaning Hoses

Hoses for high pressure cleaning machines are made of synthetic rubber reinforced with one or two steel wire braids. Depending on the type of a hose its external layer can be pinpricked, available in several colour options (black, blue, yellow and red) resistant to abrasion, oil, ozone and weather conditions.
Working temperature: from -40 up to +150°C.
Working pressure: up to 400 bar (depending on a number of braids and hose diameter).
Available hose diameter: from DN6 (6,4 mm) up to DN12 (12,7 mm).
Hoses available in coils or hose assemblies with fittings and protectors securing against hose bending at ferrules.

Foam Cleaning, Spraying and Dosing Devices

Foam cleaning devices are designed to make foam and apply it on a surface that is to be cleaned. A device consists of a container for a cleaning agent and an injector attached to a gun. The cleaning agent is dosed to the water through a dosing nozzle of a selected size. The water and cleaning agent mixed with air sucked by an injector make foam. When the process of cleaning with foam is finished, the layer of foam is rinsed down using an outlet nozzle attached to the gun.

Dosing devices are used for quick and precise dosing of a cleaning agent and filling up buckets, „mop sets”, containers and tanks of cleaning machines. If dosing devices are combined with hoses and guns, then they can be used for spraying with water solution of a cleaning agent. The agent is sucked under pressure from a container through the suction hose and a selected dosing nozzle (adjustable nozzle), which allows achieving chosen concentration (from 0,15% up to 10%) of a cleaning agent in water.
Dosing and foam cleaning devices can be used with a standard water installation.

Industrial Water Spray Guns

Low pressure water spray guns are used for both spraying and washdown applications. Depending on the type, they can have: adjustable nozzle, smooth flow control, trigger lock and many other. The maximum working pressure of the water spray guns available on our offer ranges from 6 to 25 bar, whereas their working temperature can reach even +95°C.

Added to this range are water jets (adjustable nozzle with flow control), which are also intended for spraying and washdown applications. Their maximum working pressure is 25 bar. Water jets are made of brass and heavy duty plastic material.

Washdown Hoses

Low-pressure cleaning and washing are popularly used in industry and services. Particularly in the foodstuffs industry it makes an indispensable part of a production process. Cleaning is performed using cold or hot water, water with a correct dosage of detergent or using foam.
