Industrial Hoses
Camlock Fittings
CAMLOCK couplings make a group of very popular, recognized and reliable couplings for application in industry, in particular in the oil and gas as well as chemical industry. The specifications for the couplings were first laid down in US military standard MIL-C-27487 ( A-A-59326), they are also defined by the European standards EN 14420-7 (former DIN 2828). With their simple design, CAMLOCK couplings are very user friendly. To connect, an adapter is simply inserted into a coupler with the cam arms extended. To lock the adapter in the coupler both cam arms must be pulled down at the same time. The cam arms engage in the groove of the adapter and thus block and press it tightly. A flat elastomeric seal in the groove of the coupler ensures leak tightness. A safety pin in the holes of the coupler can provide additional protection against accidental opening of the cam arms and against disconnection.

Industrial Hoses
General Purpose Hoses
General purpose hoses are used in a wide variety of applications: for water, air, oil and fuel or slightly aggressive chemicals. This range comprises hoses made of PCV (polyvinyl chloride), rubber hoses and hoses made of many other materials. Some hoses, those compliant with hygiene requirements, can be also used to transfer foodstuffs. The hoses, however, shall always be used according to the recommendations given in the catalogue.

Food and Beverage Hoses
Hoses intended for food industry can come into contact with food products and semi-finished food products. Hose material must not contain any substances that can migrate into food, endanger human health, deteriorate taste and quality of foodstuff. The inner layer of the food hose is made of high quality and high purity rubber and plastic materials, which are compliant with the regulations of European Union and FDA.
Chemical Hoses
Chemical hoses are intended for liquid chemicals both organic and inorganic (acids and bases, salt solutions, paints and varnishes, solvents, etc.) They are used for the transfer of chemicals in chemical processing, transfer and loading/unloading of liquid chemicals (e.g. tank trucks, rail tankers, IBC containers), for diverse technological processes in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical industry, for numerous other industrial processes but also in laboratories. The inner hose layer must be sufficiently resistant to chemical corrosion.
Tankwagen Couplings (TW)
TANKWAGEN couplings (TW couplings, tanker couplings, eurocouplings) are commonly used for loading and unloading of tankers and in installations in the chemical, petrochemical or food industry. TW couplings are made according to EN ISO 14420-6 standard (former DIN 28450).
Ectfe Lined Couplings
Sometimes the corrosive resistance of AISI 316 acid resistant steel is challenged by highly aggressive chemicals (e.g. hydrochloric acid HCl). Then it is necessary to use either very expensive couplings made of special nickel-based alloys (e.g. Hastelloy) or less expensive couplings lined with ECTFE. The last couplings are made of AISI316 steel however all inner surfaces in contact with the medium are powder coated with ECTFE lining.
STORZ Couplings
STORZ symmetrical couplings were designed in 1882 by Guido Storz and patented in Switzerland in 1890. In many European countries they became the standard couplings for fire fighting hoses and equipment. Hence STORZ coupling is popularly called a fire fighting coupling or fire hydrant coupling. Today it is widely used in fire protection systems, but also as a coupling for general industrial application for liquid and dry loose substances in the chemical industry, food industry, agriculture, construction, irrigation systems and sewage transport, in road tankers for loose bulk substances, etc.
Guillemin Symetrical Couplings
GUILLEMIN couplings are intended for application in industrial installations transferring, loading and unloading liquid and dry loose substances. The couplings were first designed in France and are compliant with EN 14420-8 / NF E 29-572. Simple and easy connection is the key to their popularity. Two identical halves with two lugs are closed just by putting them together with the seals facing each other and by turning the locking rings so that the lugs are securely engaged. To tighten the connection, turn the locking rings with a hook wrench for Guillemin couplings by 1/4 a turn.
Symmetrical Couplings
Symmetrical couplings feature a symmetrical design of locking heads (both parts of the coupling are exactly the same – no distinction between a coupler and an adapter) Therefore they can be quickly and easily connected – by pressing both parts against each other and turning.
Threaded Couplings and Adapters
Threaded couplings with a hose tail are intended to be assembled to rubber and plastic industrial hoses. Nominal diameters from 1/2″ (DN13) to 4″ (DN100). Made of carbon steel, stainless steel, brass or aluminium. Working pressure 25 bar (16 bar for aluminium).

Washdown Hoses
Low-pressure cleaning and washing are popularly used in industry and services. Particularly in the foodstuffs industry it makes an indispensable part of a production process. Cleaning is performed using cold or hot water, water with a correct dosage of detergent or using foam.
Thermowell With Flange
flanged thermowell isolates and protects a temperature instrument’s sensing element from pressurized, high velocity and corrosive media. They ensure longer life and accurate measurement while allowing the sensing instrument to be removed without without shutting down the process. A wide selection of materials, sizes and dimensions are available.
